roq777 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, BSI) and major Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallet deposits. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Verified accounts enjoy higher deposit limits than unverified accounts.
Deposits are typically processed instantly to within 5 minutes. If your deposit does not appear in your Account within 15 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
roq777 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are outside our control.

Withdrawals are processed Monday through Sunday during business hours (09:00 - 21:00 WIB). Most withdrawal requests are completed within 15-30 minutes during these hours. Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed the following morning.
First-time withdrawals may require up to 24 hours for security review and KYC verification. Subsequent withdrawals for verified accounts are typically faster.
All withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching the name on your roq777 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited for security and anti-money laundering reasons.
Standard withdrawal limits are Rp 25,000,000 per day for verified accounts. VIP members may enjoy higher withdrawal limits based on their tier status.
To prevent money laundering and bonus abuse, all deposits must be wagered at least one time (1x turnover requirement) before withdrawal. For example, if you deposit Rp 1,000,000, you must place bets totaling at least Rp 1,000,000 before you can withdraw any funds (including your original deposit).
Deposits made while an active bonus is in your Account are subject to the bonus wagering requirements as detailed in Section 6 below.
In the event of a payment processing error, duplicate deposit, or technical malfunction resulting in incorrect crediting or debiting of your Account, roq777 reserves the right to reverse the erroneous transaction and adjust your Account balance accordingly.
